神戸日米協会（以下「当協会」といいます）は、当協会にご提供いただく個人情報を大切に管理することを重要な責務と考え、適切に、また安全に管理するよう努めています。当協会の個人情報の取得、利用、管理方法についてご理解いただくため、本個人情報保護方針（以下、「本方針」といいます）をお読みください。
１．個人情報の定義
個人情報とは、氏名、住所、電話番号、FAX番号、電子メールアドレス、写真、所属会社その他個人を識別することができる情報をいいます。
２．個人情報の取得、利用目的
当協会は、当協会の業務遂行のために、以下の利用目的で会員、利用者その他関係者の方から（以下合わせて「利用者」といいます）個人情報を取得し、利用します。
・当協会の入会申し込みやイベント、セミナー申込受付のため
・当協会が主催するイベント、セミナー等ご案内の提供のため
・当協会会員専用のページでのイベント、セミナー報告を掲載するため
・利用者からの各種請求、問合せへの対応もしくは当協会からの各種連絡のため
・その他当協会の活動の活性化もしくは当協会のサービス向上の目的を達成するために必要な目的
３．個人情報の管理
当協会は、利用者からご提供いただいた個人情報を正確かつ最新の状態に保ち、個人情報への不正アクセス・紛失・破損・改ざん・漏洩などを防止するため、セキュリティに万全の対策を講じ、個人情報の厳重な管理を行ないます。
４．第三者への開示
次のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に開示いたしません。
・ご本人の同意がある場合
・法令に基づき開示することが必要である場合
５．個人情報の開示・修正・削除請求
ご本人の個人情報の開示・修正・削除その他第三者への個人情報開示の中止（ただし、法令で開示を求められる場合は除く）などを希望される場合には、以下９に記載の連絡先にご連絡ください。なお、ご本人であることを確認のうえ、対応いたします。
６．クッキーの使用について

７．アクセスログについて
当協会ウェブサイトでは、当協会ウェブサイトの保守管理、改良、アクセス傾向等の分析の目的で、アクセスされた利用者の情報をアクセスログという形で記録しています。アクセスログは、利用者のドメイン名、IPアドレス、ホスト名、使用ブラウザ名、アクセス日時等の情報を含んでいますが、個人を特定できる情報は含まれておらず、また、個人情報の収集・解析等の目的のために使用することはありません。
８．法令、規範の遵守と本方針の改訂
当協会は、保有する個人情報に関して適用される日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するよう努めるとともに、本方針の内容を必要に応じて改訂します。重要な変更を伴うものについては、当協会ウェブサイトに適切な告知を行います。

JAPAN‐AMERICA SOCIETY OF KOBE (hereinafter referred to as “JASK”) strives to manage private information provided to JASK with great care as JASK considers proper and safe manage-ment of such information a grave responsibility. Please read this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Policy”) in order to understand how JASK acquires, uses and manages private information.
１．Definition of Private Information
Private Information is the kind of information with which an individual can be identified, including a person’s name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, photos and place of employ-ment.
２．Purpose of Acquiring and Using the Private Information
JASK acquires private information from the members, users of our services and other persons con-cerned (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and uses it in order to conduct necessary business and for the purpose such as:
・to accept applications to JASK, including membership, event and seminar applications
・to provide information on events and/or seminars hosted by JASK
・to post on event and seminar reports on JASK members-only site
・to allow communication between the Users and JASK, including user requests, inquiries and no-tices from JASK
・for other necessary purposes to achieve accomplishment of JASK activities as well as improve-ment of JASK’s services
３．Management of Private Information
JASK maintains private information provided by the Users accurate and up-to-date while taking thorough measures to strictly control the private information in order to prevent unauthorized access to, loss, damage, falsification and leakage of private information.
４．Disclosure to a Third Party
JASK shall not disclose any private information unless any of the following applies:
・when there is consent of the User concerned
・when disclosure is necessary based on laws and regulations
５．Request for Disclosure, Amendment and Deletion of Private Information
In case the person concerned wishes to amend, delete or cease disclosure to a third party of their private information (unless disclosure is required by laws and regulations), contact JASK Secretariat office stated on section 9 below. JASK shall handle the request upon confirming the identity of the person concerned.
６．Use of Cookies
JASK uses cookies in order to provide a better service when its Website is being browsed. However, cookies are not used to collect information that can identify individuals and would not violate the User’s privacy. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you may change your browser settings to block the cookies. Please note that JASK Website may not function properly when all cookies are disabled.
７．Access Log
JASK Website records information of the Users who accessed the site in the form of an access log for the purpose of maintaining and improving the JASK Website as well as analyzing its access trends, etc. This access log contains the User’s domain name, IP address, host name, browser name, and date and time of access. It does not contain any information that can identify individuals and shall not be used to collect and analyze private information.
８．Compliance with Laws and Regulations and Revision of This Policy
JASK strives to comply with laws that are applied to private information in possession of JASK, while revising the contents of this policy as necessary. Appropriate notices will be issued on JASK Website in regard to important changes.
